Ordering

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. Order number must be provided to place a return.  

You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note; your original shipping charges are not refunded. Email us at axelaccents@gmail.com and we'll help you place the return. 

An exchange is similar to a return, it must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. The order number must be provided to exchange.

You will be issued a store credit as soon as the product reached us, please email us at axelaccents@gmail.com and we will help you. 

 If your Axel Accents have any damage when you receive it, please reach out to axelaccents@gmail.com immediately with your order number, a photo of the damage, and we'll send you a new one. We do take great care in packaging our products but accidents do happen. You will need to report the damaged product(s) within 24 hours of receiving it. 

Credit cards refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement

Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. The price varies and can be checked once your address is entered and before any payments are taken.

Standard shipping at this time is free for orders over $50! However, if you would like to have expedited shipping, we can accommodate this at an additional fee.
